The Team UP! podcast explores different ideas related to team-based primary care in British Columbia.
Team-based primary care is an integrated, patient-centered approach to health care. This approach involves interdisciplinary teams of health care providers collaborating together and with the communities they serve to deliver comprehensive and high-quality health services.
We also have a sibling Team UP! Webinar series, which you can find recordings of on the podcast. For more information about the larger scope of team-based care in British Columbia and other resources, visit teambasedcarebc.ca.
Team UP! is now entering into its second season. In season two we’ll be talking about things that individuals can do, what teams can do, and how the system can be adapted to improve our adaptive capacity since we are all going through so much change.
